To: All extracurricular teachers of SMP Sinar Mentari

Due to the busy extracurricular activities in our school, I'd like to inform that all activities should be finished every Saturday, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

We agreed eight activities when we had meeting last week. A student cannot join more than 3 activities, more than that can have a bad effect on their learning time, especially on their learning focus.

This policy will be official starting from next week. Please inform the students.

Note: wear school uniform or the uniform of their extracurricular if students want to join it.
